Jamie offers two 1-1 online guided Breathwork Programmes. One for a duration of 6 weeks, the other for a duration of 8 weeks.

These private, online sessions have been designed primarily for those looking for support with anxiety, stress, panic attacks, insomnia and burnout.

The Breath Space method targets these challenges through tailored support and programming, with functional breathing and leading nervous system regulation practices at the core.

Both programmes include the following:

  • 1 x weekly 30-minute Breathwork session via Zoom
  • Functional breathing assessments & continued monitoring 
  • Tailored programme created to your unique situation with guided breathing audio recordings to use at home 
  • WhatsApp communication with Jamie throughout
