This programme has been designed to support you in overcoming challenges across three key areas:

The Breath Space approach targets these challenges through tailored support and programming, combining conscious connected breathwork and transpersonal coaching with functional breathing and leading nervous system regulation to give you a fully holistic approach.

- 2 x 90-minute deep-dive sessions in-person or via Zoom each month
- Functional breathing assessments
- Tailored programme created to your unique situation with guided breathing audio recordings to use at home
