A space for healing, connection and growth over four days in a beautiful rural retreat space at 42 Acres.

The intention for this retreat is to empower you to find meaning, purpose & agency through tools & experiences for self-inquiry, regulation + transformation, in community.

Together, we'll explore tools and techniques to regulate your nervous system and cultivate resilience to support you day-to-day, alongside deep experiences of altered states of consciousness to connect to meaning and purpose.

The retreat is centred around deep, healing conscious connected breathwork which allows us to access altered states of consciousness and clear emotional baggage that can be held in the body. When you do this multiple times over consecutive days, the potential for growth and healing is huge. This can also be quite an intense, emotional experience so if you feel called to it, then this is a place dive in!
